Which plan is right for me?

ShopFeedback automatically sends a survey for every order you get, therefore pick the plan based on the amount of orders you receive each month.

Billing, Canceling, Etc...

All billing takes place through Shopify itself. You can cancel by uninstalling the app within Shopify. You can upgrade or downgrade plans right inside the app.

What happens when I reach my survey limit?

You won't be charged anything extra! One you reach your limit, the surveys will be put on pause until the next billing period begins.
